Diet with a cup of Green Tea

Ok, I decided to workout (again) been trying to lose weight ever since I started to put on, but never did I keep at it… so im just bloody fat…

But over the weeks I have started losing weight fast… lost around 3 – 4kilos in like 2 weeks, doesn’t sound like a big deal, but you try it…

I tried to GM Diet, and yes it works… tried it for 4days. And lost about 3 pounds, which really made me feel life less, but in a weird way good…And now I feel, that I got things under control, so all I do is have green tea, which has some magic stuff in it, which helps lose weight, Studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat. One study confirmed that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in overweight and moderately obese individuals.

Well I think different things, work for different people, and well this stuff work for me…

But at the same time, you got to workout at least 3 times a week, for about 20mins. I find it really hard to do this, with work and all, but I have been doing it since Feb 08, and ya I feel good…

So by Christmas I guess ill be ready to wear a shirt tucked in for midnight mass ;-)

For now, I’m going to ride my bike with no handlebars… or wait I drive!!! Crap no wonder I’m Fat…
